1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons of sliced green onions
1 minced clove of garlic
5 teaspoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients. Pour over steak. Let stand at least 4 hours or overnight (while refrigerated). Turn over several times. Cook steaks to your preference.
